Connor has been the Watershed Education Specialist with Cacapon Institute since July 2017. His passion is to bring social change through environmental education and leading by example. He manages and organizes Cacapon Institute’s Potomac Headwaters Leaders of Watersheds (PHLOW) program which provides environmental education and stormwater management programs to West Virginia schools free of charge. Additionally, he is the main lead for the Stream Scholars Summer Camp, put on annually by Cacapon Institute to inspire future leaders of water quality science and stream protection. He is working on an initiative to provide more Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences (MWEEs) to West Virginia. He has a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia, and is a former Chesapeake Conversation Corps member. He currently lives in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
